Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, felt very welcome 😀
This is a really quirky b&b! The themed American influence is great and decorated really well. My 2 girls and our little Sheltie Dog were made to feel instantly welcome. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with homemade scones, delicious fruits and lots of little extra touches that we all enjoyed. Staff are really lovely and clearly work very hard to keep this place as somewhere that little bit different 😀
There wasn't anything we didn't like, 😀

I chose the establishment from the internet. No previous knowledge.
They whole stay was a treat. Owner charming and accommodating and made fresh popcorn for us. breakfast had lots of lovely fruit and interesting eats Decor different and worth photographing a little bit of USA in Portrush - very worthwhile :)
cant remember , sorry oh ..a little bit far from the sea and the village but buses were easily available - and a taxi too. Legs were tired after the causeway hike but manageable!

Amazing stay, amazing people great value
Theresa and Rob were amazing hosts treating us on arrival with prosecco and show us around the place! Neither could do enough for you and especially loved the breakfast and mini smoothie - pity I was driving or I'd have had some of those mimosas too!!
Having to leave at the end of our stay! Can't fault anything from the minute we pulled up to home time we were so well looked aftet!!

California Lodge is a gem
The welcome from Robbie and Theresa was fantastic. The attention to detail and the wee small gestures made all the difference..The breakfast was great and the smoothies and Mamosa were lovely..my 2 boys loved the popcorn and the games room etc...would definitely stay again and maybe for another night instead of just the one night.
